SHIP YOUR GLOVE TO HGW
Pack your glove securely and ship it to Hughes Glove Works using the carrier and service level of your choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking.

WE GET TO WORK
Once your glove arrives, we’ll complete the requested service. If we discover anything that requires additional work or cost, we’ll contact you for approval before proceeding.

WE SHIP IT BACK
Once the work is complete, we’ll securely package your glove and arrange tracked return shipping. The return shipping cost is added to your final order total.

HOW TO PACK YOUR GLOVE FOR SHIPPING
Your glove doesn’t need elaborate packaging, but it should be protected during transit. Use a sturdy box large enough to hold the glove without crushing or tightly compressing it.
USE A STURDY BOX
Choose a box that gives the glove enough room to maintain its natural shape. Avoid forcing the glove into an undersized box.
PROTECT THE GLOVE
Place the glove inside a clean plastic bag or other protective covering to help protect it from moisture during transit.
ADD LIGHT PACKING MATERIAL
Use packing paper or similar material around the glove to prevent excessive movement inside the box. Don’t tightly stuff or compress the glove.
INCLUDE YOUR ORDER INFORMATION
